Everything in The Digital Foundation is included. From there, your dedicated DigitalFirst strategist works with you weekly — reviewing your pipeline, curating a targeted list of companies and roles aligned with your strengths and goals, managing your outreach cadence, and holding you accountable to the weekly activity quotas that produce results. Mock interviews are conducted and recorded, because reviewing the tape is where the real growth happens. Assessments using industry-standard tools (CliftonStrengths or the Strong Interest Inventory) ensure your targeting is grounded in self-awareness, not guesswork.

The Concierge is our most comprehensive engagement, designed for highly motivated graduates and the families investing in their launch. It is not a coaching program. It is a full-service career management partnership — the kind of strategic, high-touch support that was previously available only to executives in transition.
Everything in The Accelerator is included. Beyond that, your graduate is assigned a dedicated career manager who oversees every dimension of the search: strategy, positioning, outreach, interview preparation, and offer negotiation. Parents receive a mandatory bi-weekly Executive Summary detailing applications submitted, networking activity completed, and the career manager's candid assessment of engagement and momentum. Nothing is left to chance, and nothing is left unsaid.
Executive introductions — warm referrals to professionals in your graduate's target industry — are available at this tier, opening doors that cold outreach simply cannot.
The Concierge operates on a foundation of mutual accountability.
